Advantage Building Services Acquires SB Maintenance
We are pleased to announce that, as of October 31, 2025, Advantage Building Services (ABS) has acquired SB Maintenance, LLC, a full-service janitorial and maintenance company.
Advantage Building Services was established in 2009 and has grown organically by keeping customers happy and getting referrals from clients. This acquisition expands the ABS team, helping us continue to provide you with a high level of service in over 75 buildings, 3,500 units, and 1.5 million square feet of space.

SB Maintenance owners Bob and Stephanie Meyer are excited to join the ABS team.
According to Bob Meyer, “We had been searching for the right strategic partner for a few years to help us scale the business and provide additional expertise and financial resources to serve our clients better.
