Since 2009, Michael has led the ABS team in providing high-quality janitorial and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties across Chicagoland. He previously served as a property manager for over a decade and was responsible for over 10 million square feet of commercial and residential buildings.
Under Michael’s leadership, ABS has grown into one of the premier companies in this industry. ABS focuses on customer satisfaction, resulting in positive relationships that ensure all properties are in good hands.
Todd Goldner
Director of Operations
With a background in sales, logistics, commercial property management, and maintenance, Todd has overseen ABS’s wide range of commercial and residential property operations since 2010. He is a leader who embodies ABS values, which translates to all ABS staff. Todd is always available to meet and discuss how to provide what our customers want.
Support Staff
ABS has a dedicated office staff that provides responsive support for everything from extra projects, scheduling, billing, and human resources.
