The primary responsibilities of the Area Supervisor are to oversee the operation and functioning of all staff assigned to a specific Client. All Area Supervisors are former property managers who will visit the property throughout the week to randomly inspect building conditions, appearance, equipment status, employee issues and concerns as they relate to the building. The Area Supervisor will also interface with on a regular, proactive basis to tour the building and keep lines of communication open.
The primary responsibility of the Site Supervisor is to oversee the day to day operation of the on-site staff. The Site Supervisor travels from property to property and is dedicated solely to supervising, training, and assuring that the Client’s standards and requests have been complied with.
The Working Supervisor will be on site at Client at all times. The responsibilities of the Working Supervisor are divided between completing a set of assigned tasks and supervising the cleaning staff. The Working Supervisor will be directly responsible for assuring that the building is in order, and that all requests have been fulfilled.
The Cleaning Staff will execute the tasks as outlined in the specifications. Based on building needs, the Operations Manager will create a plan to set up individual responsibilities of each member of the Cleaning Staff.
SPECIAL PROJECT CREW (3) AS NEEDED
The Special Project Crew consists of employees with experience in specialized services such as: stripping and waxing, carpet extraction, wall washing, pressure washing, etc.
